National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is one of the flagship programmes of Government of India for Skilling Indian Youth in Trade disciplines. The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme under the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 amended in 1973; offers Graduate, Diploma students and Vocational certificate holders; a practical, hands-on On-the-Job-Training (OJT) based skilling opportunities with duration ranging from 6 months to 1 year.

IN ODIA Language : ଜାତୀୟ ଶିକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ତାଲିମ ଯୋଜନା ଭାରତୀୟ ଯୁବପିଢ଼ିଙ୍କୁ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଦକ୍ଷତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଭାରତ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରମୁଖ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଗୋଟିଏ। 1973 ମସିହାରେ ସଂଶୋଧିତ ଶିକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ଆଇନ, 1961 ର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଜାତୀୟ ଶିକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ତାଲିମ ଯୋଜନା; ସ୍ନାତକ, ଡିପ୍ଲୋମା ଛାତ୍ର ଏବଂ ବୃତ୍ତିଗତ ପ୍ରମାଣପତ୍ର ଧାରକମାନଙ୍କୁ 6 ମାସରୁ 1 ବର୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅବଧି ସହିତ ଏକ ବ୍ୟବହାରିକ, ହାତପାଖିଆ ଚାକିରି ତାଲିମ (OJT) ଆଧାରିତ ଦକ୍ଷତା ସୁଯୋଗ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରେ।

The phenomenon of unemployed qualified youth can be addressed by bridging the gap between curricular knowledge and the industry’s dynamic skill requirements. National Apprenticeship Training Scheme offers such an opportunity for students to get practical, skills based training in their field of discipline, thereby gaining professional work experience in some of the best organizations in the Central, State and Private Sector.

Students who have passed graduate/diploma/vocational courses in a vast range of subject domains can apply for Apprenticeship Training after registering on the NATS 2.0 Portal. There are 126 subject fields for graduate / diploma students for which training is provided.

IN ODIA LANGUAGE : ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଜ୍ଞାନ ଏବଂ ଶିଳ୍ପର ଗତିଶୀଳ ଦକ୍ଷତା ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ବ୍ୟବଧାନକୁ ଦୂର କରି ବେକାର ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଯୁବକଯୁବତୀଙ୍କ ସମସ୍ୟାକୁ ସମାଧାନ କରାଯାଇପାରିବ। ଜାତୀୟ ଶିକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ତାଲିମ ଯୋଜନା ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାରିକ, ଦକ୍ଷତା ଆଧାରିତ ତାଲିମ ପାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଏପରି ଏକ ସୁଯୋଗ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରେ, ଯାହାଦ୍ୱାରା ସେମାନେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର, ରାଜ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ଘରୋଇ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର କିଛି ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ସଂଗଠନରେ ବୃତ୍ତିଗତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଅଭିଜ୍ଞତା ହାସଲ କରିପାରିବେ।

ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଷୟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ସ୍ନାତକ/ଡିପ୍ଲୋମା/ବୃତ୍ତିଗତ ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ପାସ୍ କରିଥିବା ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନେ NATS 2.0 ପୋର୍ଟାଲରେ ପଞ୍ଜୀକରଣ କରିବା ପରେ ଆପ୍ରେଣ୍ଟିସସିପ୍ ତାଲିମ ପାଇଁ ଆବେଦନ କରିପାରିବେ। ସ୍ନାତକ/ଡିପ୍ଲୋମା ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ 126ଟି ବିଷୟ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ଅଛି ଯେଉଁଥିପାଇଁ ତାଲିମ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଏ।

• The period of training is 6 months upto 1 year and can be undertaken by recent graduates and diploma holders in order to transition from academic to professional work environment.
• Students can search for various opportunities and receive customized list of apprenticeship advertisements that are suited to their profile and experience.
• Apprentices are paid stipend linked to their performance and paid during the training period.
• Apply for apprentice training in a seamless IT enabled platform designed for delivering exceptional user experience.
• Gather employment tips to transition to full time employment.

• ତାଲିମର ଅବଧି 6 ମାସରୁ 1 ବର୍ଷ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଏବଂ ଶିକ୍ଷାଗତରୁ ବୃତ୍ତିଗତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପରିବେଶକୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସମ୍ପ୍ରତି ସ୍ନାତକ ଏବଂ ଡିପ୍ଲୋମା ଧାରକମାନେ ଏହା ନେଇପାରିବେ।
